Check-In

Photo ID required and only accepted for those 18 years of age or older.

Settlement of Bill

Bills must be settled on presentation.

Taxes

All room rates are subject to 15% taxes. If you are tax-exempt, please complete an ST-104 Lodging Form

Credit Card Authorization

Should you wish to pay for your friend or colleague, please submit a completed credit card authorization form

Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Pets

Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property. ADA Recognized Service Animals are welcome.

Smoking

The Evergreen Hotel is a smoke-free facility.

Management’s Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.

Cancellation

All reservations are subject to a seven (7) day cancellation policy. The total cost for the first night will be the penalty.
